Oats for Breakfast




Oatmeal Breakfast

I like my oats raw for three reasons: 1) They have a better texture. 2) Way easier and faster to make. 3) They fill me up longer. Whenever I make them for breakfast, this is how I do it.

1 cup oats
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbs each:
-Splenda
-sunflower seeds
-flax seeds
-chia seeds
1 handful raisings
7 almonds
1 cup skim milk

Mix all of the ingredients together and enjoy a filling and nutritious breakfast.

Note: The flax and chia seeds will add Omega 3 oils which are good for the body; the chia seeds add protein as well…overall, I LOVE MY OATMEAL!!
